The Champaign-Urbana Chapter currently has 33 members.
The award-winning Champaign-Urbana Sweet Adelines was established in April 1952 and will celebrate 60 years of harmony next year. We have medaled in each of the last 6 Regional competitions with either First or Second Place honors. In the years we received First Place Small Chorus, we were also awarded with the Showmanship Award. At the 2011 Regional Competition held April 7-9, 2011 in Springfield, Illinois, the Champaign-Urbana chorus was awarded 2nd Place Small Chorus.
